My sister and I hosted a bridal shower luncheon for my niece on January 27 with 43 guests. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Jeannie Hopkins was a pleasure to work with in planning the details, the staff was totally attentive to our needs in setting up, the food was outstanding, the mimosa bar was constantly well stocked and the service was amazing. The pricing was very reasonable and it was money well spent. Many of the guests said it was the nicest shower they had ever attended. I could not be more pleased with the whole event. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Tonight we had dinner here at Lala’s in the Lakes.
The food was delightful, the atmosphere was nice and the service was impeccable!
Rhea was our server tonight and I had Beet and Kale salad with shrimp added. The shrimp were huge, and was able to select if I wanted them grilled or cold. The salad was absolutely delicious with lots of flavors and textures complementing each other.
The hummus board was great. Every one enjoyed the brussel sprouts. My salad with filet was good. Service was fair.
Had a wonderful lunch and drinks at Lala's. The staff were friendly and took great care of us. The food was incredible (I highly recommend the steak menu - I had the 16Oz stip and, quite honestly, it was one of the best steaks I've ever had.)
My wife loved her pasta (would love to see more vegetarian main options on the menu though!) and my mother in law said her mussels were incredible.
The bar service was also great - great list of drinks and cocktails to choose from.
Highly recommend to anyone in the area and a great potential 'Rehearsal Dinner' venue for anyone getting married at Gather at the Lakes next door
Great food and value. Not our first time at Lala's. This is true for every visit. We will be back hopefully sooner than later. All pictures are entrees. The appetizers are not pictured but were arguably better than entrees!
Update: the red snapper pictured was a seasonal special. This was a stuffed red snapper. Another visit was a red snapper filet. Be sure to ask your server
Went with a group of friends and family. The seating was very tight. The service was very slow. The worst part of the whole experience was the food. Every person that ordered the pasta was wondering if this was a child's portion. Not only was the portion small it was also cold. One person in our party ordered lava cake that seemed like it was old and just removed from a freezer, no lava! The manager discounted the pasta dishes. We did not go to this restaurant for discounted meals, we went there for a good time and good food. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back.
We LOVE this venue! Great food and the absolute best service! Our favorite server, Richard, did such a great job. Every time we come here we enjoy conversation and sharing life! We will be back and we will ask for our favorite server! Love this place!
Had a Birthday dinner for my mother on Saturday. The wait staff was very nice and it was good that they allowed us to bring in balloons, however there were major issues with the food. First of all, the forgot to make one of the entrees so every person except one got the food, and the last had to wait. They got the chicken salad, however, being that it had to be made quickly. The chicken was not cooked long enough. Me and my mother had the $47 center cut fillet, both medium rare, but came out medium well. They took those back and brought out 2 more, which were also overdone. My medium rare should have some red in the middle, with red juices. These were dry and tough to chew.
The manager came out with what I thought was going to be an apology and for them to be comped. Instead she told us it was “the lighting” that made them appear to be over done!!!!!
On the bill they took off $20 for two steaks that we did not enjoy. This from an $850 check.
